Flat-Fee MLS Listing Service

You’re looking for the least expensive way to get your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This database then gets you automatically shown on Zillow,, Redfin, and more websites. This is great! But when selling a home for top dollar, you will need more than just the MLS.

$299-$999 (Listing Fee)

+ 2%-3% (Buying Agent) of the sales price

2. Knowledge & Experience

You are the point of contact for buyers, buyers agents, inspectors, appraisers, title officers, and other parties to get your home to the finish line. When it comes to fielding offers and trying to get into “Bidding Wars”, having a professional with experience pays for itself.

3. Marketing Content & Exposure

You are responsible for taking photos, videos, property descriptions, and more. You do get exposure online when posted on the MLS.

4. Overall Selling Process

These discount selling services collect your fee up front, putting you out of mind if you need any support with your listing. There is a reason why these services don’t have high success rates.
